automatic PHOTO PACKAGER

The SCR AutoPac will automatically cut and stack photos then insert them into either a 10.5” or 13.5” envelope provided by the Neopost SI-92 Inserter.

If a photo requires reprinting or retouching, the database is flagged from the optional inspection station (not shown in photo) with the appropriate instruction and the roll is sent on to the packager.

 

SCR BOOK CUTTER

The SCR Book Cutter easily mounts directly to a sewing machine and accommodates books 1/8" to 1/2" thick books. As the books moves from the sewing machine they automatically activate the cutter and advances the books the same speed as the sewing machine. 

 

The Cutter has a fully adjustable back stop guides that adjust from the stitch to the back of book.

 

SCR CUTTER/SLITTER

The SCR Cutter/Slitter automatically cuts them on all four sides to the exact size that you require.  As the roll of material exits your Printer (or Laminator), it feeds directly into the Cutter/Slitter.  A loop of material is made available to the Cutter/Slitter to accommodate on-demand operation. 

SCR PRINT CUTTING SYSTEM

The SCR ProCut is a fully automatic programmable print cutting system. It will cut up to 13,000 8 x 10 prints per hour in single cut mode.

 

Up to 99 programs may be stored to include single or double cut, front or rear sensor, the distance from the mark to the cut, web speed, and slug width for double cut mode.

The SCR Pick & Place robot is also known as a Cartesian robot. It looks very different from the popular image of a robot. It is a stationary robot that contains two elements of motion.

The SCR Pick & Place Robot is designed to combine high precision and accurate positioning functions into a compact unit with high rigid structure.
